Ernie Bray is a high-energy, award-winning entrepreneur from San Diego, CA and author who bootstrapped and built a multi-million dollar company from the ground up.  He a leading strategist and marketing consultant for companies throughout the country and had been published or featured in TechCrunch, Inc.com, Business Management Daily, Entrepreneur and Monster.com and One Million by One Million. He’s also Co-Host’s the Balls Out Podcast and Ernie’s Motivational Minute.

As CEO, he has led a technology company to six annual rankings on the Inc. 5000, four years on the Deloitte Technology Fast-500 of North America and most recently the 2016 Entrepreneur Magazine 360™ Award for being one of the Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America. Ernie was also honoured as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year San Diego Semi-Finalist.

As a lifelong athlete always pushing his limits, Ernie has completed multiple Half-Ironman triathlons, endurance races and was a former collegiate basketball player. Ernie enjoys spending time with his family, reading and bringing enthusiasm to everything he does!
